Can I bring my own food?

Only groups and parties may bring outside food and drink into the dedicated GravityX Party Zone. All other visitors may purchase concessions (bottled beverages and pre-sealed snacks) from the front desk. We recommend you visit our nearby restaurant partners in the plaza after your session is over!

Are there physical requirements?

For virtual free roam and virtual escape rooms, there are no specific physical requirements - we do not recommend this activity if you suffer from light sensitivity, vertigo, motion sickness or eye impediments that require strong protection.For the immersive rides, we have a maximum phyiscal weight limit of 299 lbs, with a minimum height of 48" tall and maximum height of 76 inches tall.

How much is it to play at GravityX?

Our pricing is always available on our website's pricing page, located HERE. Your mixed reality videos showing your group outside and inside VR are included free of charge (when this launches)!

Cancellation policy

Cancellations at least 72 hours before your scheduled booking will be issued a full refund to the original payment method or a gift voucher to be applied to a future booking
Cancellations between 24-72 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $50 fee, and the balance after the fee will be returned to whatever payment method you used originally.
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are CASHLESS, meaning we only accept payment via credit card. We accept all major credit cards, including American Express. You may book Arena experiences online or in the store and all other arcade experiences are available to walk-in's with a credit card onsite.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gifts cards can be purchased via our website and at select locations?

How do I book for a large group?

If you'd like us to help book a group of more than 6 people, let us know on our Private Events page. You can also make special requests there. Please feel free to connect with the location of your choice directly by phone with any questions. Phone numbers can be found on Yelp, Google, and the location page at www.gravityxvr.com/locations

What is the returns and refunds policy?

For E-Gift Card, all Sales are Final. Gift cards are nonrefundable. Lost, misplaced or stolen gift cards are non-refundable, replaceable, nor valid. Gift cards are redeemable only at GravityX for playtime, concessions. No cash value.
During the day of your booking or visit, if you encounter any issues with your game before you reach the 50% mark, such as technical problems or if the game does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund that day only, provided you haven’t played more than 50% of your alloted time. Refunds are processed quickly, and the funds are returned to your original payment method. Please review the specific terms on our refund policy page for more details.

What is your cleaning & sanitization process?

We clean and disinfect all equipment after every use, including the masks on our headsets, the headset lenses, the haptic vests, and the ride attractions. Our disinfectants are also qualified for use against COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Sanitizing our equipment and facilities is always a standard procedure, as health, safety, and cleanliness are a priority. Each guest is also issued a disposable VR mask upon entry. If you lose it, ask the front desk staff for another, free of charge!

How do people avoid hitting each other?

In short, everyone can see each other as they would in real life. We use real-time motion capture technology that's used for creating movies and games. Our motion capture cameras track your entire body in real time and allows you to see precisely where everyone else is, along with their movements. They just won't look like their normal human selves ;)

Additionally, there are clear boundaries to prevent you from exiting the game / attraction area. As long as you pay attention and follow the in-game instructions, it will be safe for you.

Will I get motion sickness?

While we can’t 100% guarantee it, we've designed our Arena & Immersive experiences to be very different from other VR experiences you may have tried before. Motion sickness is caused by a difference between your actual and perceived motion. If you have ever experienced frequent vertigo, you may experience motion sickness. Many of our guests who have had motion sickness in other VR experiences do not experience it at GravityX. It is 100% a factor tied to each person, and not something we can control.
